Eastlake Falcons (2 - 0 | 20 - 6)  ⬆

After going on the road and knocking off then #1 Franklin 48 - 40, Eastlake proved that they are the #1 team in the Borderland and have reclaimed the top spot in this weeks rankings.

Franklin Cougars (2 - 1 | 16 - 5)  ⬇️

After suffering a major setback in their quest for a district title with a 48 - 40 loss to then #3 Eastlake, the Cougars fall from the top spot but remain in the Top 5.

Montwood Rams (1 - 1 | 16 - 4)

The Rams tripped up this past week with a 49 - 41 loss to a very surprising Coronado team.  Look for the Rams to continue to be a contender in the district and bounce back from this loss.

El Dorado Aztecs (3 - 0 | 14 - 6)  ⬆

Now on a seven (7) game winning streak, the Aztecs continue to show their might.  After two (2) impressive victories this past week – 62-36 over Horizon and 73 - 43 victory over Parkland, the Aztecs have moved up in this weeks Power Rankings.

After a 101 - 45 victory over Austin and then pulling off the 61 - 59 victory over a tough Catheral team, the Tigers maintain the #5 spot in the rankings going into this week.

The Huskies are coming off a week where they had two (2) offensive outburst that showed that this group still has some Northeast pride in them (80 - 55 over Bowie and 117 - 33 over Fabens).

After suffering a tough loss to then #10 Americas -- 56 - 36, the Highlanders fall to #10 in this weeks Power Rankings.

The Thunderbirds showed this week that they are a true contender in the 6A-1 District with wins over then #2 Montwood 49 - 41 and pulling off the nail bitter against Eastwood 45 - 44.

The Trail Blazers enter District play with two very impressive victories beating then #8 Bel Air 56 - 36 and followed that up with a 69 - 21 victory over horizon showing that they still are a major playing in the 5A-2 District.
