Borderland Sports Report High School Football Update

El Paso, TX: With the final weeks of high school football upon us, this has been a very interesting season to say the least. The vast majority of our predictions panned out the way that we saw the season going, however, there have been many surprises along the way.
Between battling on the gridiron and off it, these young men perserviered. Whether it was an injury or COVID-19, this season will go down as one that will stick out for years to come.
Congratulations to those who locked up district championships and to those who will continue on playing in the UIL High School Football Playoffs. Lets take a look back on this season:
3A -- Tornillo makes finishes the regular season with a 2-5 record. Makes the playoffs and has to forfeit 1st round game due to COVI-19 issues around the team.

1) Mountain View 1) Clint (repeats as district champion, with an undefeated regular
season and makes it to the 2nd round
2) Clint of the UIL 4A playoffs.
2 ) Riverside
