El Paso, TX:  For the last two years, EBH Fitness LLC lead trainer Elsa Howard has been wanting to take her training session online.  And today, we are proud to announce that this has become a reality.  With the launching of their first live online training session, EBH Fitness Studios now will be offering both live (07:30 am) and on-demand training session to current and new clients.

In an effort to not let the COVID-19 outbreak stop clients health and fitness goals, Monday through Friday, trainer Elsa Howard will do a live workout session for clients.  Each session will be unique and challenge.  And with gyms across the country being closed down, this is a perfect time for anyone to try something new from the comforts of their home.

Then goal of the training sessions is to allow people to use items from home to continue to stay active and to maintain any gains that they may have already made.

Those intersted in this training can go to https://www.ebhfitnessllc.com/home/virtual-training/index.html to login or to register to participate in the sessions.  If you have any questions, send an email to steve@ebhfitnessllc.com.
